This policy explains what information we collect through popesalespartners.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. ## Information you give us We collect information you choose to provide, which is typically your name, email address, company name, phone number, and whatever you tell us about your business when you fill out a form, book a call, or email us. We only ask for what we need to respond to you and to understand whether we are a fit for your business. ## Information collected automatically Like most websites, ours collects some technical information automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, time on page, and the site or search that referred you. This comes from cookies and similar technologies. Our website runs on HubSpot, which provides our CRM, forms, and analytics. HubSpot sets cookies that let us see how visitors use the site and, where you have given us your details, connect that activity to your record so our follow-up is relevant rather than generic. We do not use your information to build profiles for anyone other than ourselves. ## Who we share information with We share information only with service providers who help us operate, and only to the extent they need it: our CRM and email platform (HubSpot), our scheduling and email tools, and our accountant for billing. These providers are bound to use the information only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our legal rights. ## Email If you receive marketing email from us, every message includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops the marketing email; we may still contact you directly about an active engagement or an enquiry you started. ## Cookies You can set your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when a site sets one. Blocking cookies may stop parts of the site from working as intended, including forms. ## How long we keep information We keep enquiry and client information for as long as we have an active relationship, and afterwards for as long as we need it for legal, tax, and accounting purposes.
